Recipe: Sausage and Pepper Pasta

I try to plan out my dinners one week in advance.  It makes dinner time easier since I know what I am going to make ahead of time instead of figuring it out at the last minute.  But, sometimes, I just don't want the meal I planned on having.  That's how this meal was created.  Instead of my planned meal, I wanted some kind of spaghetti that was a little different than my normal recipe.  Adding the green pepper to the dish made it so delicious and just a little different. Sausage and Pepper Pasta 1 tbsp canola oil 1 pound italian sausage 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp italian seasoning 1 15 oz. can Don Pepinos pizza sauce 1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes pasta, prepared according to package Heat the canola oil over medium high heat.  Cut the sausage into 1-inch pieces.  Brown the sausage in the oil. Then turn the heat down to medium and add the onions and peppers.  Cook for about 5
