Skein and Hook

This is one of the first baby blankets that I designed.  It continues to be one of my favorites.  It reminds me of delicate lace.  I think its perfect for a sweet baby girl.  Though I am sure you could make it in blue or gray and it would be beautiful for a baby boy.  I hope you enjoy making this as much as I did. The Bretton Baby Blanket is a really versatile baby blanket pattern! The design works great for a baby boy or baby girl. For a girl, you can swap out the blue for pink or purple. The pattern is written for three colors, but it would be beautiful in solid winter white- or any color really. You can also get creative and change color in every round of outer portion! It is the perfect size for use in a car seat or stroller and it makes a great baby shower gift!
